Our facilities include the following:
Auditorium – Now fully air-conditioned and heated, it provides seating for 160+ persons with PA facilities (mixer, data projector, recording equipment and a large 4x3 metre screen). There is a piano and organ and we can provide microphones and stands if required. We also have 30 large rectangle tables for craft groups.
Meeting room – Great for your second meeting area, ie kids church, youth group, or break out group. Attached to our dining room, our smaller meeting room can seat around 40 persons comfortably. It also has a projector screen and piano.
We can also provide you with portable data projector and screen, whiteboards (markers & duster), portable TV with DVD/Video player, CD player, and portable microphone.
Dining area – Our dining room can accommodate groups from 35 persons right through to 134 persons, it now has air-conditioning and heating. Our tea/coffee area offers a wide selection of teas and coffee (& hot chocolate for supper), these are available for the duration of your stay. A fresh fruit bowl is always available.
Outdoor Facilities – We have a large in ground swimming pool (15m x 6m), 2 tennis courts, basketball court, grass volleyball court, table tennis, children’s playground, giant chess set, golf driving range (own equipment required), bush walking both on-site, and adjacent to our property along the picturesque Bargo River.
We can provide sporting equipment for all activities except for Golf. (Outdoor facilities are to be shared by all groups using the site)
First Aid – All groups are expected to bring their own first aid kits (we have a limited emergency supply only), and have someone in the group as a designated First Aid Officer.
Rates (*All rates are subject to change).
Our rates are based on a full days occupation with 3 main meals including m/tea, a/tea and supper. In the case of weekend bookings the rate is based on arrival from 7 pm on the Friday for supper and departure by 3 pm on Sunday after lunch.
If your group requires a longer stay or additional meals etc, please contact one of our staff members to receive a quote for your groups retreat/camp.
