CATERED GROUPS
Allocation of accommodation is based on the Minimum Number that a groups books for. For the minimum of 35 persons, groups are allocated the “Speakers Room” and “Pines Units”. As the minimum number for a group increases, more accommodation is allocated, starting firstly with the cottages and then with the s/c houses.
To book the site exclusively, a group is required to book and pay for a minimum of 80 persons.
SELF-CATERED GROUPS
Our Cottages (Dennis, Gordon, Lawson & Paterson) are suitable for small groups/families to a maximum of 8 persons. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 3-way bathroom, lounge and dining area and a kitchenette, which comprises plug-in hotplates, a microwave and medium size fridge. All food needs to be supplied by your group.
Our houses (Silky Oak & Acacia) are suitable for medium size groups to a maximum of 36 persons. Acacia has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 persons, whilst Silky Oak has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 22 persons. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with domestic oven, hotplates & fridge. They also contain a normal 'house sized' dining room & living area. All food needs to be supplied by your group. Silky Oak has a meeting/games room suitable for a max of 36 persons.
BEDDING REQUIREMENTS
Each bed on site is allocated 1 pillow and 2 blankets. Please supply a pillowcase (or pillow), sheets, a sleeping bag/doona, towels, toiletries etc.
